看《大宅门》里,白景奇的奶奶跟哪儿都抱个点心盒子,连八国联军打进北京城,举家撤退时也不忘带着它再走~ 俺妈妈也特喜欢吃传统的中式点心,象马蹄酥、蜜三刀、冰花酥、萨琪玛小时候因为姥爷总买给她吃,就培养成了这习惯,那时估计也没现在这么多零食,小孩子能吃到的甜蜜的东西中,可能点心是一种可以慢慢消耗着来吃的美味~ 因此只要回家都会记得给妈妈捎上几大包徐福记的萨琪玛,今年春节就自己动手给她做次,没想到第一次做就很成功,可能是原料不复杂,做法也简单的缘故,连俺这不爱吃萨琪玛地人都觉得非常好吃呢~ <br />

萨琪玛条原料:高筋面粉500g,鸡蛋350g,泡打粉5g,酵母粉5g,盐5g,奶粉30g,吉士粉20g <br />
糖胶原料:白糖350g,葡萄糖浆210g,水50g <br />
配料:熟芝麻50g、葡萄干100g <br />

做法:1、萨琪玛条原料全部混合,揉至面团起筋表面光滑,松弛1小时 <br />
