<p>Ingredients: 意大利面,猪肉馅,洋葱,土豆,蕃茄,鸡蛋清,橄榄油,孜然粉,黑胡椒粉,白胡椒粉,咖哩粉,芝麻油,蒜泥,大葱,料酒,淀粉</p>
<p>Remark:鸡蛋清可以要蛋黄,也可以不要,炒出来肉酱颜色不一样</p>
<p>Step1:先用水把切好的土豆煮熟,脱水,切好洋葱,蕃茄,一起炒,出香味后加水煮,熬汤料,放孜然粉,黑胡椒粉,白胡椒粉,咖哩</p>
<p>粉,盐</p>
<p>Step2: 把切好的肉馅(加鸡蛋清,蒜泥,大葱,料酒,淀粉)在油里炒熟</p>
<p>Step3: 清水煮意大利面,加橄榄油,加盐(可根据个人口味,吃硬点,吃软点)</p>
<p>Step4: 捞出煮好的意大利面,加橄榄油,面不会腻在一起,加酱汁</p>
