买了一对新球拍,兴奋的追忆了下昔日的光辉岁月,那时俺弹跳扣球反手反击都很干脆,也没多想立即给俩拍子命了名,自个这只就是&lsquo;东方不败&rsquo;了,剩下那只就直接安上&lsquo;回天无力&rsquo;。乐不颠开打了才一下子发现自己简直笨拙的象个木偶,别说接球了连稳稳当当飘过来的球都能掂飞,气儿也捣持不匀乎了,汗也涔出来了,得,利马改规矩,落在我面前半径一米以上的球俺不负责拣,LG一边哭笑不得表扬着没见过这么超级赖皮的一边跑过来拣球,如此折腾了一个多钟头,直感觉心脏几乎已经蹦到了嘴边儿,摸摸自己头顶简直能摊熟一只荷包蛋~ 看来是太缺乏锻炼了,身体一下子还没法适应,以后还得加油多锻炼多打球,别东方不败没当成,反成了冒烟的烟囱咯,哈哈~ <br />
1、准备材料:橄榄50g,竹笋100g,芦笋100g,胡萝卜100g,培根100g,芝士100g,蒜,米饭适量 <br />

3、热锅温油爆香蒜米,加入培根和蔬菜一起翻超3分钟,撒些盐调味关火</p>

4、把炒好的菜铺在热好的米饭上</p>

5、再刨些芝士丝在表面</p>

6、烤箱预热200度,放中层上下火烤10分钟,芝士融化颜色浅黄就可以咯~</p>
