牛背山,一个让人又爱又恨的地方。位于四川省雅安市荥经县境内，与泸定县交界，属二郎山分支，是青衣江、大渡河的分水岭，山顶海拔3600米，因山顶一面悬崖有巨石突出酷似牛头，山脊细长貌似牛背而得名

牛背因其六绝而出名

一绝，牛背山云海：浓密而均匀，时而平缓，时而汹涌，时而沿着山脊倾泻而下，其壮观的云瀑无以能比，让人感觉踏步于空中，如仙如神；四周连绵不断的群山错落有续，层次分明，让人油然而生一种渺小的感觉,恨不得立即飞到云层之上。

二绝，牛背山夕阳：随着天色渐渐变暗，太阳慢慢西沉，天边也变成血红色，夕阳把这片翻滚的云海渲染得更加灿烂，没想到高原的黄昏竟是如此绚丽多彩。透过镜头看眼前的云海，夕阳给这片金色的

海洋增添了更多的绚烂和辉煌，那些随着翻滚的云海起伏的山峦更是为这片美景增添了几分神韵。

三绝，牛背山日出：意想不到的美景出现了云开云合，神奇莫测。忽而群峰众岭虚无缥缈，霞光万道；忽而云动山舞，奔腾激荡。胡伶说，雾来云往时，青山莽莽，层层叠叠，曼妙柔纱，亦幻亦实，伸手可及，美轮美奂，“让人顿生沉静、淡泊、禅悟的心境，坐忘其间”。

四绝，远观贡嘎雪山：蜀山之王贡嘎雪山矗立于牛背山的正西最高点，站在牛背山山顶可观赏到蜀山之王的全貌，牛背山可谓是观赏贡嘎神山的最佳观赏地。

五绝，难得一见的“佛光”，在此也可观赏到。

The xx- Intro
the xx是一支来自于英国伦敦西南的乐队，成立于2005年。四位创始成员在Elliott学院相遇，这所学院因培养了包括Hot Chip, Burial和Four Tet等校友而著称。乐队名列NME评选的2009年未来50名单（The Future 50 list）第六位。2009年11月11日，键盘手Baria Qureshi在错过了几场预定的演出后确定离队，声称已疲惫不堪。她将不会被替代，The xx将继续作为三人乐队继续维持下去。

关于相机

我的相机是宾得K50入门机 18-55的套机狗头，居家拍摄足够了但是要应付特俗场合肯定不行，俗话说玩单反穷三代。所以后面的照片如果不入法眼，望见谅。特别是星空拍不出大光圈超广角的气势跟细腻。

早上5点继续出发由于高速限行要8点才开。只有车上发呆睡觉，隔壁货车司机睡的香的一B，手机长曝光的有抖动模糊编辑

天刚蒙蒙亮的时候看见对面民居，用手机长曝光一张，还不错哈哈

临近中午的时候到达冷碛镇，草草吃了个午饭就坐车上山了，包车，徒步都有。当地越野车到街心花园好像是150 具体价格不是很明白，但是当地师傅开车很牛，自驾外地车避让不及编辑
这里介绍下上山的几种方法，自虐就徒步腐败就坐车
徒步可以1：从鱼进村开始这里是全程徒步。体力好8个小时之内能上山 2：还有就是自虐徒步从三合乡徒步这个就不是一般人能坚持的了3：另外可以坐车到街心花园或者云海人家再徒步

远远看见前面的冰瀑马上加快脚步过去咔嚓，但是这里还是要提醒下注意脚下，看见很多朋友站路边照相。我心里都捏一把汗。旁边是悬崖，脚一滑就捡不起来了。不知道这些人脑子咋想的，明明一直摔跤还敢站悬崖边

8点多的时候就开始徒步下山了下山途中也是各种拍

下山后就赶往磨西住在木屋人家客栈，环境很好因为没在磨西镇在乡村周边就是农村。晚上还吃了老板的腊肉，自己种的小菜

D4：燕子沟或海螺沟 —重庆
驱车赶回重庆

第四天行程是去海螺沟或者燕子沟但是我两个都不去预计是自己一个人去雅家梗的但是后来跟包车师傅联系，车上其他人还要去情海我时间不够不能中午赶回就果断放弃了，睡个懒觉早上就去后山逛去了还去当地一位老奶奶家买熏羊肉去了。好吃狗没办法。
